Names of the five new vice-ministers of transport have been announced
01-12-2011
The Government Information Centre has made public the information that the Prime Minister appointed Tadeusz Jarmuziewicz, Maciej Jankowski, Piotr Styczeń, Anna Wypych-Namiotko and Janusz Żbik to the posts of vice-ministers of the Ministry of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy.

Earlier they held offices in the Ministry of Infrastructure, which now has been transformed into the Ministry of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy (without competences in digitalization). The head of it is Sławomir Nowak. The department of Administration and Digitalization, managed by Michał Boni, will be responsible for the digitalization area.

Tadeusz Jarmuziewicz has kept his secretary of state title. Maciej Jankowski, Piotr Styczeń, Anna Wypych-Namiotko and Janusz Żbik will also still be undersecretaries of state.

It is not known yet if Radosław Stępień (responsible for the aspect of road building), Andrzej Massel (railway), Patrycja Wolińska-Bartiewicz (EU funding) and Magdalena Gaj (telecomunication and digitalization) will also keep their spots of undersecretaries of state, which they were holding in the previous government.
