• Centralwings for 25.000 zlotych
  25.708 zlotych is a price, without a tax, for a rights to a bankrupt airlines Centralwings trademark. LOT is an owner of a name.
  
  The rights are sold by trustee of a company 'Nowy Przewoznik', who lead the airlines. Written offers can be submitted until 16th of September. If there will be more than one, an auction will be held. A trustee Maciej Szadkowski told that the price was set by appraiser.
  
  Centralwings was created in august 2004 as a cheap airlines of LOT, also doing a charter flights. The company from the beginning made a loss. In the end of august 2008 a recovery program was set. Centralwings suspended cheap flights and did only charter flights. Before restructuring about 300 flight personel was employed, and 100 people n administration.
  
  In the end of march 2009 LOT decided to close Centralwings. A company 'Nowy Przewoznik' made a loss of about 290 million zlotych. The last flight took place on 31st of may 2009.
  
  From may 2009 LOT started LOT Charters.
